Positions available at the University of Mount Union

The department of chemistry and biochemistry at the University of Mount Union has two positions available beginning August 2018.  The first is a one-year sabbatical replacement.  This would be a great opportunity for a newly minted Ph.D. who wishes to obtain teaching experience.  We are a small (2200 undergraduate) comprehensive university in which teaching is a priority.  This position would teach only general chemistry in the first semester, with the opportunity to expand into the area of interest in the spring.

The second position is for a general chemistry lab coordinator.  This is a permanent position for a BS chemistry to prep all of our general chemistry labs.
