Visiting Faculty Positions at The University of Toledo

The Department of Chemistry at The University of Toledo invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position.  This position, which is subject to budgetary approval, will begin August 20, 2018.  A Ph.D. degree in chemistry or a related discipline is preferred.  Candidates with a masters’ and a minimum of three (3) years teaching experience also will be considered.  The successful candidate will be expected to have a commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level in general or organic chemistry.  Opportunities for research collaboration with the current faculty are also possible, and, in fact encouraged for further professional development.
